Therapeutic Massage - Suitable for those looking to target a specific area of pain or muscle tension.  Increasing range of movement, unwinding fascia and improving general wellbeing using a variety of massage techniques. I usually perform this kind of work using a deeper pressure.

Relaxation Massage-  Suitable for those who may be stressed and in need of a restful and restoring massage. Can focus on a particular area of tension or more general body.

Opt for 90 minutes if want a full body treatment (excluding face).

Hot or cold stones can be implemented where required.
