Cancellation Policy
When making an initial booking with Bespoke Holistics I ask for the full treatment price upfront. This will confirm your booking.
If you need to cancel for any reason please let me know as soon as possible as the full treatment fee is refundable, or can be transferred to another appointment slot If the appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the session. If within the 48 hours of appointment time the full fee will be non-refundable.
Gift vouchers available on request. Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and non refundable.
